Anne Kayser is a Luxembourg based Independent Non-Executive Director with 30+ years of track record and experience in the financial services industry, occupying several executive positions, including former member of the Executive Committee and Head of Compliance of a Luxembourg key banking institution, part of an international financial group. In this context, she has combined Compliance, Audit, Legal and Internal Control expertise and experiences for different business lines, mainly Insurance, Securities Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Corporate Investment banking and Retail banking. She was used to work and lead in complex environment and in matrix organisation, with multicultural and diverse teams worldwide.

Anne has a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and is focused on risk prevention, conduct and corporate governance. As a member of the Board of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs, she can demonstrate continuous practice of corporate governance.
